A liqueur that combines gastronomy and mixology, techniques of a pre-Hispanic Mexico through the charred Chipotle chili and the delicious tradition of the best European liqueurs. This was the union of two worlds through the search for a different product from the hand of Mexican chef Roberto Ruiz and master distiller Javier Pulido.

The Chipotle chile is macerated in alcohol with 5 botanicals: citrus peel, cinnamon, cocoa, allspice and thyme. It´s finished by aging in oak barrels previously used for Pedro Ximénez.

Tasting notes.
Nose: Smoke, chili pepper, ripe fruits, caramel, citrus.
Palate: Explosion of elegant spiciness at first sip, smoky, intense, raisins, floral, and citrus notes at the end.
Aftertaste: Spicy, smoky, green finish, citrus.
