Fidencio Mezcal Madrecuixe

Fidencio is a classic Expression from the Oaxacan state. Traditionally produced by a proud family that has a big root in Santiago Matatlan, world capital of Mezcal.
Imposible to do something wrong with this mezcal. Its has all the key elements needed to enjoy and connect with that land.
Madrecuixe is a wild mountain agave with a very low
yield. The nose is vegetal, mineral and floral. The
smoke id bold which is balanced with firm,
mouthwatering acidity. Notes of leather and stone
with a caramelized sugar sweetness. The finish is long
and dry. This is a full bodied, complex sipper.
