All the Feels Pet-Nat
Fruit Pet-Nat made from biodynamic Riesling skins from Wine Mechanics in
Gothenburg, wild fermentation & macerated for a short time in a blend of Swedish apples, pears and rosenkvitten, aka Japanese flowering quince.
On the nose – Clear notes of honey, sweet pears and fields of summer flowers.
On the palate – delicate & Soft, reminiscent of a Muscat, with floral notes, and the base of equal parts pears and apples
Lemon polenta cake, Thai salad, a park in peak summer!
