Super Cattivo MANDARINO is the warmer, more generous expression of bitterness—sunlit citrus wrapped in herbs, wine, and softness without losing its edge.

Calabrian mandarins take center stage, offering a lush balance of sour sweetness and fragrant citrus oils. Their natural warmth is supported by Sicilian Cedro and a selection of Mediterranean herbs, creating a rounded bitterness that feels inviting rather than sharp. The profile is expressive, aromatic, and deeply drinkable.

As with all Super Cattivo aperitivi, the process is slow and deliberate. Hand-cut fruits and herbs are macerated with organic Austrian corn spirit and aromatics for 20 days in stainless steel tanks. The infusion is then blended with an organic rosé wine (Rózsa Petsovits) from Franz Weninger and rested for another 40 days, allowing fruit, herbs, and wine to fully integrate.

Unfiltered and bottled at the Weninger winery in Burgenland, MANDARINO is organic, vibrant, and crafted to be enjoyed before or after any meal.

Serve it on ice or stretch it into a spritz—with tonic, sparkling wine, or even iced tea. MANDARINO is approachable, radiant, and unmistakably Super Cattivo.
