BEÚ Blood moon
BEÚ spirits’ BLOOD MOON is an experimental distillation crafted by Domingo Orozco a.k.a “el Alquimista” in Santo Domingo Albarradas, Oaxaca.
The agave hearts are delicately cooked in an earth oven, chopped, and naturally fermented in pinewood barrels. Our BLOOD MOON Cempasúchil is then double-distilled in a large copper pot-still. In this process, the notorious “dia de los muertos“ flowers are infused with their distinctive bouquet. With this creation, we would like to honor the deceased.
