Alright Alright Alright — Fruit pet-nat made of Swedish apples and semi-carbonic macerated plums from Ekerö.

Seductive, sweet stone fruit perfume on the nose. Very juicy on the palate with a concentrated plum character. Low to medium bitterness with bright, but balanced acidity from both apples and pears. The star of the show, and the clearest note of flavor, are the plums from Ekerö and Märsön. Together they went through semi-carbonic maceration for about six weeks before blending, creating a juicier character with soft acid. The carbonation is high, bringing another layer of freshness to the table.
