- Mill: Mechanical, ensuring consistency and efficiency in breaking down the cooked plants
- Fermentation: Wild fermentation in tinacos (large fermentation tanks)
- Distillation: Double-distilled in a hybrid stainless steel and copper alembic still
- 350 Bottle batch at 49.5°
