Paranubes Rum Caña Criolla
This marked our very first step beyond agave spirits — and with good reason.
Hailing from Oaxaca, this untouched Agricole-style rum has the power to reshape how you think about the entire category — it certainly transformed our own perspective.
Bottled at a bold 54% ABV, this exceptional spirit is made from a single organic sugarcane varietal: Caña Criolla. Its fermentation is unlike any other, lasting up to four months in a continuous rolling process. True to its pure character, no water is ever added for proofing.—every drop is pure craftsmanship.
Produced by third-generation distiller José Luis Carrera in the Sierra Mazateca, this exceptional rum is a testament to tradition and expertise.
