The POMERANZE Bio Bitter Aperitivo is loaded with fresh,pungent bitter citrus flavours & bittersweet finish. The pomerance bitter oranges are classic in Italian Aperitivo and
here you really taste them, it even tingles on your tongue from essential oils.
Along with Cedro, Bourbon Vanilla Beans, the Blaufränkisch cuvee from Franz Weninger,
some blossoms and lots of craftsmanship, it is the natural choice if you are
looking for a red bitter aperitif.
This years Rosso found its home in the winery of Franz Weninger in Burgenland,
its organic certified.

Sevilla Bitter Oranges from Sevilla Spain
Cedro from Sicily Italy
Blossoms from Germany and Austria
Vanilla Beans from Madagascar

Sugarbeets from Austria
All ingredients are organic certified

Method Hand cut and sliced fruits and vanilla beans macerated in stainless steel tank with spirits and aromatics for 20 days.
Later with wine for another 40 days.
