Super Cattivo Bergamotto

The Bergamotte is a cross between Lime (freshness) and pomerance (punch).
Along with Cedro, Bourbon Vanilla Beans, Grüner Veltliner, some flowers and lots of craftsmanship it turned into this super fresh drink.

Corn Spirit from Austria
Bergamotte fom Calabria Italy
Cedro from Sicily Italy
Blossoms from Germany
Sugar Beets from Austria
Vanilla Beans from Madasgascar
All ingredients are organic certified

Method Hand cut and sliced fruits and vanilla beans macerated in stainless steel tank with spirits and aromatics for 20 days.
Later with wine for another 40 days.

Alcohol: 18% alc. Vol
Sulphur 15mg/L
Bottling 4800 x 500ml / no filtration/ May 2024 / bottled @ Franz Weninger
