The latest expression from La Venenosa Raicilla Rooster is quite a special one.
We had the opportunity of visit the producing family in out latest trip on 2024.

The area is known to be the cradle of Agave distilling techniques. The Area blooms with a wide diversity of Endemic and foreign Agaves.

• Cooked in a rock with wood underground for 3 days
• 8 to 12 days in a tepetate hole with Fiber
• Grinded with a machete and with Mechanical mill
• Double distilled in Philippine style copper pot with Parota tree trunk
• 300 bottle batch
• 46°ABV
