Fidencio Unico is slightly sweet with subtle aromas of charcoal, green apple and pear. It's made from farm grown agave Espadin.

Fidencio Unico is distilled in a custom, wood fired, Alembic still that was custom designed by their mezcalero, Enrique Jiménez. It is distilled twice and then bottled. 
What you see in the palenque speaks for itself. Ripe agave that results in a full bodied mezcal.

We want to offer this mezcal since it reflects the innovation that can be made with roots in tradition. It also bears an interesting price point!
