Sierra del Tigre is like no other Agave spirit we have tried before.
Micro production of just under 1,000Lt a year, maestro tabernero Don Luis, knows exactly how many agaves he can wild harvest of this precious Inaquiedens agave, locally know as Bruto Agave.
Shallow fermentation, hand mashing, difficult foamy fermentation, single claypot distillation, low yield and other variables of production make this one hell of a mezcal!

Expect a striking profile of cheese and chocolate Cherries.
