Hailstorm Special Pét Nat 2021

Often guided by curiosity, we found this lovely Pet Nat in a wine fair at the end of June. After talking and getting a great vibe by the guys that are bringing the juice from Australia we decided to get a couple of bottles.
Soon you´ll find an update with a Mezcal that pairs well with this beauty!!

Super limited, full of big guava love and peachy sunshine vibes, hand-bottled with friends for parties, picnics and possibilities.

GRAPES
50% Sangiovese + 50% Chardonnay
12.5% Alc/vol.

FIELD NOTES
Harvested in the ice-cold early morning. Pre-sunrise, frosty breath, plump grapes, super fresh. Hands, propelling the juices, skins and seeds every day. New days, new smells, new ideas. Catching the ferment at just the right time, getting it into bottles, time with friends.
